WT3485/WT485 is a 3.3V/5V power supply, half-duplex, low power, low slew rate RS485 Transceiver. They Fully meets the TIA/EIA-485 standard.
WT3485/WT485 includes a driver and a receiver, both of which can be independently enabled and disabled. When both are disabled, the driver and receiver outputs are high-impedance state. WT3485/WT485 has a 1/8-unit-load receiver input impedance, that allows up to 256 transceivers on the bus. The WT3485/WT485 features reduced slew-rate drivers that minimize EMI and reduce reflections caused by improperly terminated cables, allowing error-free data transmission up to 12/1Mbps.
